How it Works

For example, imagine we are converting Bitcoin to Ethereum. In the "You send" field choose BTC from the dropdown menu and type the amount of coins you'd like to exchange. Then, in the "You get" field, select ETH. After that, the receive amount will be calculated automatically. Then click the "Exchange" button.

Choose between either a fixed or float rate, enter your Ethereum receiving address, then hit Exchange.

If your exchange can't be completed for any reason, your funds may be returned. Enter a refund address for the currency you are sending to ensure you can get your coins back if needed.

Send your coins to the wallet shown on the order page. After a few confirmations, your receiving currency will be delivered to the wallet you provided in Step 2.
